Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Our boots are delivered worldwide by FedEx. All orders will be shipped out within three working days of receiving the order. If, boots are out of stock at the time, we will contact you with a delivery date; then, it’s up to you if you keep the order or cancel it. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Continental U.S and Canada: 16.00 USD.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 21.00 USD.

Returns: We only ship genuine high quality merchandise; returns will not be accepted under regular basis. However, if the boots are defectived at the time of arrival, returns will have to be made within five days from the reception of the order. Boots must be sent back in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Prior to returning the merchandise, contact New Rock Boots’ Customer Services to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). This number should be included in the box. No returns will be accepted with out an RMA. All returns are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee
