2. Rates will be establish depending on the country of destination (chart below), if your country does not appear, please contact Customer Service.

4. Allow 5-9 business days for delivery.
5. All rates are base on one Item (regardless size and weight).
6. All sales are final.
7. If the order is refused at the time of delivery, New Rock Boots will charge the credit card the cost of duties, taxes and return delivery back to New Rock boots in the United States.
8. If the order is refused, New Rock Boots will charge the credit card a 15% re-stocking fee.
